Surgery Nightmare

Sarah lay in bed staring at her chest, remembering her early teenage years, when all the other girls seemed to be developing nicely, and teased Sarah about her small breasts. The operation was a success; she had finally gotten a set of implants. The doctor said they were the largest he’d use on someone her age (19). Sarah was pleased that she had finally gotten them but still wanted to be bigger.
A few years latter she finally found a surgeon of questionable ethics who would do just that.
She had to travel three days to her great grandmother’s hometown of Springwood. Sarah always felt uneasy about that place when her parents took her although she never knew exactly why. But the price was right and the surgeon came highly recommended so she went.
After the surgery, the releasing nurse told Sarah that she shouldn’t move or travel very much for a couple of days to prevent scarring. Sarah didn’t have a lot of money left after the surgery, certainly not enough for a hotel room but there was that house on Elm St. that her family still owned. Chris and Jessica, the couple that had recently rented the place, were old friends of Sarah’s mother. So she went to see if they would mind her staying for a couple of days.
Sarah could tell that Chris was uncomfortable at the thought of her staying in the house even for a minute, fortunately for Sarah; his wife wore the pants in the family. Jessica was quite pleased to see Sarah again. After Chris had retired for the evening, Sarah and Jessica talked for some time into the night.
“How is Scott?” asked Jessica. “We broke up just before I came here. He didn’t want me to get this surgery.”
Jessica said, “I think he was just worried about you. Surgery can be risky.”
“I know,” pouted Sarah, “He told me I was perfect the way I was and how he loved my fiery red hair and green eyes, but I just didn’t feel complete yet. When we talked about me getting another enhancement, he said if I didn’t feel complete after the last surgery, it wouldn’t matter how big I got them.”
“I think they look big enough for your thin frame, unless you’re going for cartoon or porn star proportions.” Quipped Jessica.
After a few more glasses of wine, Sarah was ready for bed. Her friend helped her up the stairs and into the guest bedroom. “Now remember,” said her friend, “I don’t mind you staying in this house for the night but there is one thing you must do. If you have a nightmare, you must try to wake up as quickly as possible.” Sarah was slightly puzzled by this but agreed thinking her friend had had a little more to drink than she thought. Sarah snuggled under the warm covers and drifted off to sleep thinking how nice it was to finally see those lumps protruding from under the blanket.
Sarah looked up from her magazine at the nurse who had just called her name. Slightly puzzled, Sarah put down the magazine and followed the nurse into an operating room. “The doctor will be in shortly” chimed the nurse, “you can change over there and then sit on the table”. Sarah picked up the hospital gown from the table, went into the small room, and changed. She thought it strange that the gown would have a zipper up the back but quickly turned her thoughts toward the impending operation. She then went back into the operating room and sat on the table. The doctor came in, asking “Well, how’s my favorite patient today? Back to get them even bigger are we?” “Yes, oh definitely”, exclaimed Sarah excitedly. “Just lay back on the table and we’ll see what we can do, ok?” replied the doctor. Sarah lay down on the table as the doctor placed a mask on Sarah’s face covering her nose and mouth. He moved next to a large tank in front of the table and slowly turned the valve saying, “ok now I want you to count backward from thirty.” Sarah stared at the ceiling as she counted. When she got to eleven Sarah heard faint children’s voices singing “one, two…” Sarah then heard a raspy voice coming from where the doctor was standing. The voice said, “This is going to blow you away, bitch”. She quickly sat up and saw a man wearing a worn red and green sweater caped by a burnt brown fedora. On his right hand Sarah noticed a glove with knives sticking out the ends. She suddenly remembered the stories of her grandparents about the blade welding boogieman. “Freddy” she exclaimed wide eyed with terror. Sarah reached for her mask to pull it off when claws shot out form the sides and clamped themselves onto her face. Freddy turned the valve on the large tank and Sarah saw her boobs growing beneath her gown. She grabbed the hose pulling it from the mask. The hose tossed around the floor with a loud hiss. Sarah jumped off and pushed the table into Freddy as she ran out the door. Down the hallway she ran, around one corner then zigzagging around another.
Sarah turned a corner and ran into the waiting arms of Freddy. He jammed a small device into the hose opening of Sarah’s mask then let her fall to the ground. Freddy stood there with a grin as he lifted his hand, which now held a remote control looking device with a big knob on it. He turned the knob.
Sarah felt the hole in front of the mask only to discover that the device placed by Freddy began to pulsate at increasing intervals with a hissing sound. Sarah looked down to see her breast growing again, her nipples erect and poking out under the gown‘s fabric. In a fit of panic Sarah ran down the hallway, trying door after door until one opened. She almost couldn’t fit through the door because of her enormous breasts.
As she peered into the dark room, lights turned on and Sarah saw what looked like a carnival. Some scary carnival clowns saw her and drew near. Sarah turned to run back through the door but her growing breasts would no longer fit through. The clowns grabbed her and dragged her into a chair. Shackles appeared out of nowhere and clamped over her wrists and ankles. A spotlight flashed across the floor, over Sarah and illuminated Freddy standing a few yards away on the stage. “Come one, come all” shouted Freddy, dressed in a carnie outfit as calliope music played in the background “See the amazing busty bitch as she grows to her own doom”. A spotlight shown on Sarah as Freddy pointed to her and then to the big target circle two feet in front of her lit up with eerily decorated Christmas tree lights. Above her were thousands of hypodermic syringes with sharp needles, hanging by threads. Sarah’s gown began to tear having reached its limit. Sarah struggled against her restraints and watched in horror as her growing breasts reached the target. The target moved back with a click, releasing the hanging needles. She screamed as she saw the needles begin to plummet towards her ballooned breasts.
Sarah heard Jessica’s voice echoing in the distance as Jessica banged on the bedroom door, “Wake up Sarah, it is just a nightmare! Let me in!”
Her boyfriend Scott was holding her arms shaking her, saying, “Wake up Sarah, it is just a nightmare.” Sarah woke up screaming. Scott tried to calm her down. “It’s ok,” said Scott, “It was just a nightmare, the doctor said you might have some of them for the next few days cause of the pain killer.” Sarah looked down at her chest. They were as well endowed as she remembered them before her nightmare. She looked up at Scott with tears in her eyes as she hugged him, “Oh Scott!” she exclaimed “Thank God It Was Just A Dream”. “You’re safe now,” whispered Scott, “safe with me at the Springwood motel.”
Sarah lay back down and slowly closed her eyes when she felt something kissing her lips. She quickly opened her eyes in surprise, relaxing when she saw Scott’s gentle face. She liked the feeling of Scott’s body gently pressing against her new chest as he kissed her. Sarah felt a warm sensation within her as they kissed more passionately.
Sarah felt something was wrong. She opened her eyes wide in fear at the realization of where Scott said they were. At that moment, Scott’s mouth widened and encompassed her nose and mouth. An increasing hissing sound began as Scott’s features morphed into Freddy. The surgery mask protruded from his mouth quickly attaching itself to her face again. This time the device in the mask was already operating at full speed. Sheets from the bed rapped around Sarah’s arms and legs and tied them to the bedposts. Sarah watched in horror as the cruelly grinning Freddy moved off from on top of her revealing a spinning ceiling fan with sharp blades above the bed. Her breasts grew quickly, stretching the fabric of her shirt. Her already tight shirt started to tear. Sarah screamed, her voice muffled by the mask.
Just within her field of view, Freddy gently shook the remote control he held in his hand so she could see it. Freddy slowly said with a grin, “Turbo Boost” as he turned the knob on the remote control. Sarah struggled against her restraints. The device in the mask pumped faster and faster, causing Sarah’s breasts to grow closer to the fan. Sarah’s eyes widened in horror as a few flaps of shirt fabric began to hit the fan blades. "Time to go out with a bang, Ha, ha, ha...", laughed Freddy.
A loud bang shattered the bedroom windows and splattered pieces of Sarah’s once proud chest all over.
Jessica finally broke through the bedroom door and turned on the light switch. Jessica screamed and fell back against the door as she saw Sarah’s remains splattered around the room.
The unsolved police file indicates that the breast implant manufacturer which had allegedly made Sarah’s implants went out of business 15 years ago after a fire destroyed both their manufacturing plant and their entire inventory before a single unit had been shipped. Both doctors who’s names appeared on the medical records as having done Sarah’s surgeries had both died exactly twenty years to the day before they operated on her.
