Wow. This certainly raises the bar!
I'm a bit speechless on how you managed to do this one. For one thing, the transformation is really long and intense. American Werewolf's process is "only" about 4 minutes in comparison. And this were-dog has a tail! Finally someone realizes that canids all have tails. The make-up was great in fact: disturbing in a good way.
Mika is always great at acting, but this is an entirely different level. She could be in the movies. I actually forgot it was her at points and was only looking at the character. I don't know who came up with the idea of her barking etc, but she's a total pro throughout the process and aftermath. She must have really analyzed American Werewolf and The Howling (the other great were TF movie).
