You WILL receive a letter from our lawyer. You were going to get one regardless of your actions of the last few days. If previous letter recipients weren't bound by a non-disclosure agreement then they could confirm that this is not just an idle threat. We pay a copyright lawyer $400 an hour to make sure freeloaders and pirates don't steal from us. We have bills to pay and loans to make good on so we don't fuck around when we find someone devaluing the content we create.

If you want to show that you realize that you have done wrong deleting the content of your Yuku thread would be a good faith gesture.

Please don't underestimate how batshit crazy I can be when protecting our content from fucking thieves.

I am genuinely sorry about the whole issue, as I was being a bit oblivious and not recognizing it as pirating (I deleted all my content off of the two sites). However, I want to make a point here:
I did not use the clip as trade bait. As a matter of fact, I haven't even distributed the clip to ANYONE. I was actually interested in how the quality of the clip was (hence why I bought an $8.00 clip).
Also, I was deciding on uploading the clip to Dailymotion. However, out of respect I decided not to. I know you make some very good clips, so a clip that I bought wasn't going to be shared to anyone else. I was actually about to remove the clip from my trading page (but I visited here first) because I felt it just wasn't fair.

Also, I never offered the clip for trade. If you look at the DM chat I never mentioned the clip. No one even ASKED for it. I'm completely sorry about the whole issue, but I never gave any of clips to anyone. I said great clip because I thought you did a great job on it.
However, I thought that trading was not piracy because I legally bought the clip. No one ever asked me for any of your videos, so I never even gave anyone them anyway. .
