Store Downloading Issues

It has been brought to our attention that some customers experience slow speeds or have their downloads hang and have to restart them. We started shooting in a higher quality format awhile back and our file sizes have tripled or more so downloading issues have increased.

If anyone has trouble downloading a *purchased* clip please PM me here or you can email me - help (at) taylormadeclips.com.

***Forwarding a copy of your purchase order might be a good idea since I'll probably ask you to do that anyway after you contact me.

Oh, I noticed the change in quality when I bought the "Megan Foxx" BE vid. So you DID get a new camera! Fancy! Does that mean all your files will now be in quicktime format like that video?

We decided to move to mp4 for all our releases cause wmv sucks.

We haven't had any complaints about not being able to play them so we're sticking with it.

Our network had some problems today in case anyone had trouble but it looks like they figured their shit out so we're back up again.

Did a poor man's diagnostic test (downloaded two clips, one in wmv format and one in mp4).

The first clip (wmv) took about a minute to download.

The second clip (mp4) is taking about two minutes to download.

No real problems on my end.
