Youth serum gone wrong. Coco slowly ages about 50 years then goes backwards down to infancy.

I thought the old age makeup and the transformations were done well. Coco did a good job acting in this one. I think anyone that enjoys either age progression or regression will like this one. Thanks, Taylor.

Is the regression instantly to baby or gradual?

She is returned to normal from old age and then her mind briefly regresses to a childlike state before the transition to baby. There aren't any clothing changes or anything like that.
