Bought it and loved it, although people should be warned by how much more... realistic it is. If that's your thing though--as it is mine--then there's no problem. I'm additionally ecstatic to see new concepts attempted; I would LOVE to see more pregnancy clips where the model becomes pregnant unintentionally through various means. (Perhaps unknowingly taking pregnancy pills and unintentionally becoming pregnant could be a future concept?)
