Reminded me of Moxxie's "I'll have what she had" clip. You could have another clip where the model takes the 'replacement' pills that Alexandria put in the jar, thinking they were breast growth, but ending in weight gain or growth. She could be unhappy/confused ending with joy/fear. Just an idea.
