I have an idea for a sequel.
She arrives at the hospital, and is checked in. The doctor arrives and comments that he shouldn't be seeing her for another few months, and before she replies, her belly starts growing again, still affected by the accelerated pregnancy pill she took earlier.

The doctor, concerned, runs off to get the nurse as she continues to grow. She moans, mostly in pain from the onset of labor and a little bit of pleasure from the sensitivity of her fecund middle, as her belly begins ripping through her dress/shirt, tripling in size from when she arrived.

She yells for help as her belly continues its growth, groaning and creaking as she nears her limits, her gravidity more than quadrupled in girth as her labor continues. As it becomes more apparent that the doctor isn't returning, she screams, desperately, as the screen fades to black, and her belly is heard exploding with in wet-sounding eruption.
