They struggle against their restraints resulting in a retaining pin being pulled from the gears of the machine with two huge tanks of liquid.
Each girl has a nebulizer mask over her mouth and nose with a connected hose/tube going from the mask, past the neck, and disappearing somewhere behind.
2 bigger hoses wrap from behind each of them and disappear up the bottom of their shirts.
The Television screen springs to life with the image of a masked figure (Taylor), speaking in an altered voice. "You have both competed against each other in every aspect of your lives for so long, and at the expense of everyone who cared about you that you have become more plastic than people. So many people have been hurt in your competition to out do each other that you now find yourselves here in one last competition.
Before you is a lever connected to the tanks of liquid. As you breath, each breath will cause more and more liquid to be pumped into your new implants. As your breasts grow, they will eventually tip the lever one way or the other. The one who's breasts grow the quickest will tip the lever towards their opponent, causing all the remaining liquid to pump into the loser past their popping point, and releasing the winner from their bonds.
If the lever has not been pushed one way or the other before the timer reaches zero then both of you will lose. The final competition has begun."
A timer above the television begins counting down from 15 minutes.
The whirring of gears and pumps engaging can be heard in the back ground.
Fear is seen in both girls eyes as they begin to breath in panic. The pumps engage and their breasts grow with each pump. Janie starts breathing short and quickly causing her breasts to grow faster than Holly. Holly takes deep controlled breaths causing her growth rate to be staggered.
