From IM earlier today: "Good idea with the Helena belly wax outdoor night clip − but next time we need more light. Maybe surround her with tea lights or something - I realize the idea was probably to only illuminate (with the candle flame) the dripping wax but many times there simply was no light at all - candles don't always cast there light in the direction you want them to. I cranked the image bigtime with a filter so we can see - not much choice."

Recut original clip - eliminated a few close-up shots of thigh avocado skin. Also cut last two shots out entirely - now it ends with her killing him and reeling back in disbelief. Good BE - once exposed the boobs really reflect the light - maybe some powder and/or indirect light would help. Center of breast prop needs to be completely obscured in the future I think. Hip prop looks odd at beginning but filled out nicely. Nicely executed plot.

Prop, pump, and tube issues with BE - short but okay in the end. Other notes I mentioned earlier in IM regarding reining in Holly's performance pre-process: "The only real issue I had was the beginning - too much talking from her - she repeats the same thing over and over and over and over again (which is fine during process, but during the exposition not so great) so I cut her constant complaining and hemming and hawing down a bit." Used Orchestral String Section 88 and 89.

Lots and lots of exposition. Good shooting throughout - the de-membering went well I think. Good perf by "Fred". Process/change complete by 13 minute mark, then there's 26 minutes of Holly. Some of this can come out - perhaps quite a bit - but would like some direction on how to strike a balance between running time and being able to watch Holly talk to herself and struggle with clothing.
